Montaque Travel & Consulting ("MT&C", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This page describes what information we collect when you visit our site or inquire about a trip, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit a contact form or book a discovery call, we collect your name, email, phone, and any details you choose to share about the trip you're considering. We may also collect basic site analytics (page views, referrer, device type) to help us improve the site.
How we use it
We use what you share to respond to your inquiry, plan and operate your trip, and communicate with you about your work with MT&C. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the travel suppliers necessary to deliver your trip (hotels, restaurants, ground partners, etc.).
Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of cookies for basic site functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.
How we protect your data
Your account is protected by industry-standard authentication (provided by Clerk), and all traffic to and from our site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. Trip plans and personal details you save in the client app are stored in a secured database with access limited to MT&C staff. We keep only what we need to serve you, and we never sell or rent your information.
AI on this site
This website and the MT&C client app were built with the assistance of AI tools. Our digital concierge, Minami, is an AI-powered assistant: conversations with Minami are processed by an AI language model to generate responses, and are automatically screened to remove personal identifiers before storage. AI features are always clearly presented as such, and AI suggestions in the trip planner are labeled separately from hand-picked MT&C recommendations. Your itinerary always gets human review — AI assists our work; it does not replace it.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your information at any time by emailing Owner@mtcgbl.net. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
